Join us on January 25th for a 5 course beer dinner with Devils Backbone Brewing Company out of Virginia. This will be the first time their beer has been poured in Georgia! This exclusive event will be limited to only 35 guests. Each of the five draft beers from Devils Backbone will be paired with a course from Chef Tommy “TC” Rothwell. During the event Brewmaster Jason Oliver will tell stories of his beers and Chef TC will talk with guests during each of his courses. Below is a description of the dinner.
1st course: Braised Belgium Endive- candied walnuts, charred radicchio, fresh pear gastrique. Paired with: Pear Lager.
2nd course: Curry Chili Mussels- lemon, fennel, Shallots, garlic. Paired with: Vienna Lager.
3rd course: Coffee Crusted Lamb chop- sweet expresso demi, spicy gremolata. Paired with: Baltic Porter.
4th course: Spicy Chimichurri Prawns- heirloom carrot puree, pickled radish. Paired with: Eight Point IPA.
5th course: German Chocolate Tort- Black lager ganache, roasted hazelnut. Paired with: German Style Schwarzbier.
